Animals are a very common sight in Bangkok. It is not a surprise to see a dozen stray dogs on a sub street fighting over leftovers from a street food stand. Also, a lot of locals are host to exotic animals you would not normally find in North America. My friend Nate is the parent to a young Burmese Python that was purchased for 3000 BHT (100usd). The snake is still relatively young and it only eats live animals for nourishment. Because the snake is a constrictor, it is not poisonous as a result. This video is a bit graphic in nature so if watching live animals feed on one another makes you uneasy then I suggest you close this video.
